We bought a Memorex 32 inch Tv of all brands.$500 canadian and the picture aint bad,and its flatter than a lot of more well known brands.

I want too hookup the TV too S video jacks,as I heard its better.Will this make the cablevision picture any better? When I hooked up the TV with RCA jacks through the VCR the picture had a green around the people objects.I figure its the VCR.

And what would I need too hookup the TV through S video jacks?

You cable box has to have S-video outputs for it to work or ...

You have an SVHS vcr and take the S-video out the VCR to the TV.

Thanks Micheal.Any idea which vcr brand or model have good tuners in them for a reasonable price?

All SVHS vcrs tend to have better tuners than TV's. Improved shielding ...
