Looking for Kobayashi's Seppuku (Harakiri)
did anyone see this title available on DVD? No matter which region.

Great film & worthy of the Criterion treatment.

To answer your question the only one I know of is the Panarama version out of Hong Kong. Though I have no idea what the specs are.

It's been released by Panorama in the US as well, probably the same transfer as the HK, which I find serviceable (but I would love a better release).
The HK relese is non-anamorphic widescreen.
