IMDB has Return of the Living Dead 4: Necropolis listed as coming out DTV on July 16th. Is there any truth to this? I heard that a DTV sequel was in talks, but IMDB has a title (Necropolis), and a release date. Is this confirmed or is it false information?

Hmmmm. I've never heard of this one but as one of the board's zombie fans, I have to say I'm interested. Anybody else heard of this?

While the date sounds far fetched (it was just months ago that the proposed writer said he was just starting the screenplay) this "sequel" will only further diminish the words "The Return of the Living Dead".

When the writer/director first mentioned the project, he said it's have (gag) anime, martial arts and a "Dawson's Creek" kinda cast.

As Denis Leary once said, driping with sarcasm, "Oh yeah, I'm wearing a HUGE happy hat now."
