'Reply to Topic' redundancy (1 Viewer)

On the 'Reply To Topic' page, there is an IFRAME showing the thread you are replying to (so you can review the topic). Immediately below that is a 'topic review' section which shows you the last 30 posts in the thread you are replying to.
That strikes me as redundant, and a waste of bandwidth. Can the IFRAME be removed?

That is there for IE users that also want to see the threads list in reverse. The iframe allows them to see this as it appears on the page. Netscape users see the list.
