I am finally starting work on our home theater designed by Dennis Erskine. Thankfully he wote a lot of articles for Home Theater Builder about column, riser and front stage construction, but not one about installing the fabric panels that cover the walls and soffits. Has anyone here done the wall treatments in a Dennis designed theater? Did you do it yourself, of pay someone to do it? Any tips or hints would be appriciated.

When I restored my 1960 Austin Healey 3000 I had to reupholster everything. I sent the seats out, but the door panels I did myself. To do them I used a spray-on contact adhesive. Then it was a matter of spray, stretch and stick. I'm thinking the same should work in this case.
