Well those clip show ones count as episodes, so yes. And remember, they are never just clips, there is always a bit of new footage to go around all the old stuff, whether it be all of them singing or Troy McClure introducing classic moments...etc.

The clip shows are great! If for nothing else, the fact that the Simpsons actually make fun of themselves for making clip shows!
Remember the "Singing moments" clip show when the end of the song said (in song) the only thing worse than their singing was when "a long-running series does a cheezy clip show!"...
As a banner with "The Simpsons Clip Show #4 -- Episode 7Fxxx (whatever it was)" is dispalyed behind the family..
Classic...
LOL

And let's not forget the most recent clip show which ended with a song that said:

"We'll never stop the Simpsons. Never fear, we have stories for years."

All while displaying a still of Homer jumping the shark!

Remember the "Singing moments" clip show...
Ah yes, "All Singing, All Dancing" - my fav Simpsons clip show. This is where the great Paint Your Wagon parody is found, as well as a singing Snake holding the family at gunpoint.
If only all clip shows were as funny and clever as this one...

The last one was good if only for the 'We Didn't Start the Fire' parody: 'You'll Never Stop the Simpsons' featuring that great line:
How bout a crazy wedding
Where something happens
Doo doo doo doo doo doo
