Hi All,

How often should a deck be pressure washed? Once a year or every couple of years?
I've heard that the best brand of sealant to use is CWF-UV. Is this true or does anyone have any other brands that are good?

Cabots was rated number 1 by consumer reports last year.
Its an oil based stain so it soaks into the wood.
