I am in the states obviously and want to order Anne of Green Gables and Anne of Avonlea from Canada because I cannot find them in the US. My questions are:

Will my current Amazon account work?

How can I find out how much it is in dollars?

Are there coupons for Amazon.ca? Where do I find them?
