picture in picture (1 Viewer)

I have picture in a picture feature on my TV (27" Toshiba Cinema series). I recently got digital cable hooked up on it and now I can't get the pip to work. The Tech said that there was nothing he could do and that it was a trade off for having digital cable. Is this true or is there something i can do

Hey Junie,

I have a Mits ws-55859 and PIP does not work in HD mode either. According to my manual PIP only works in non HD mode.

If you stiall have analog channels 1-99, then you can get limited PIP working. Just split the cable before the cable box and have one run going through the cable box and one run bypassing the cable box going to the TV. The other option is to get two digital cable boxes.
