Any Word on the original 1954 Japanese version of Gorjira coming out? I have never seen it in it's original language and un-Americanized cut.

Toho will not permit it to be released unbutchered in NTSC format(supposedly there is a disc in Spain) as they are paranoid about reverse importation to Japan, where they charge a solid 30% above the normal price for a movie for their G discs.

Someone will eventually use one of the fansub scripts to make one for DVDSubber that will let you watch it subbed on HTPC
