Onkyo HT-R758 volume ok when viewing TV but when I go to streaming the receiver shows "GAME" and there is no sound.

I moved your post to a different forum to get more eyes on it.

I'm not one of the technical wizards around here, but it sounds like the receiver is calling up the wrong audio input (Game) when you say you want to hear the audio from your streaming device. Have you checked out either a.) why the receiver is on "Game" or B.) what happens if you run the audio from the streaming device to "Game?"

What are you using for streaming? The TV's apps, or an external device? If a device, where is it connected? What remote are you using?
