hopefully somebody may be able to help.
I have had a Bose GSX 321 II for many years and recently decided to remove some of the music I have stored on it. When I select “system” on the remote the “Stored CD” tab is not showing on the screen even though I have about 180 CDs stored on the system. I have tried a factory reset which was no help. Contacted Bose who informed me that all their stores in the UK are permanently closed!
Any ideas/help would be much appreciated.
