Need help contacting MGM (1 Viewer)

I purchased a Casino Royale DVD that has a layer change problem and shuts down my DVD player. I lost the receipt and my repeated emails to the MGM customer service line for help in exchanging my title have fallen on deaf ears. Does anyone know of a phone number that I can use to talk to an actual person and hopefully replace this DVD once and for all???!
