Exellent pictures! I really appreciate them, because i'm going to start framing my basement soon for my HT, and since i've never framed before, i was curious how i was going to get around some obstacles in the ceiling - with all the framing pictures you had, i think i know how to do it now! Thanks

Thanks for posting to my question about soundproofing my boiler room. I made a note about the stuff yesterday when cruising thru your site. Did you get it at Lowe's or HD?
