An excellent film with a wonderful horror twist on secret societies is SOCIETY, which is a huge favorite of mine that I never get tired of watching. If you don't like horror (unlike me), you should probably stay away from this classic.

For a less secret-society and more espionage-style thrillers, I like 3 Days of the Condor, and (to a much lesser extent, but it's still fun) Sneakers, both starring Robert Redford.

SHORT NIGHT OF GLASS DOLLS is a weird and suspensful "giallo" movie just released by Anchor Bay. If you liked EYES WIDE SHUT you might like this.
