Moby's video "We Are All Made of Stars" (1 Viewer)

If you've seen the video for Moby's "We Are All Made of Stars," you'll have noticed that it's populated by various celebrities (my favorites are the Toxic Avenger and Sgt. Kabukiman, N.Y.P.D.).

Anyway, there's on guy in particular who looks familiar, but I just can't place him. It's driving me nuts. He appears towards the beginning of the video, and then shows up again at the end. He's sitting at a bar with a drink in front of him, kind of just staring out into space while space-man Moby sits alongside him.

Can anyone identify this gentleman?
