Anyone knows if the French region B OSS 117 plays on a Region A player?

Yes Apparently OOS Region B is Region Free
in French on Dvdrama.com in the Forum, someone tested it on a Japanese PS3
The problem is I can't give you de link because I just register to give you a late reply

I did few other test just to see FOXs region SCREEN

I tested

X MEN3 region B
The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, region B

on region A SONY player, and of course they don't work...

Bought OSS 117 BD today and tried it on my HTPC. It starts and plays a few seconds and then at the menu I see a black screen, but I do hear the music. Never encountered this, any ideas?
