Lion King on LD - How many versions? (1 Viewer)

Hello,

How many different versions of the LION KING are there on LD?

I only know of 2 versions. The deluxe box set and a standard movie only letterboxed edition.

Are the transfers/sound the same between these?

Is there a P&S version out there I should be wary of?

I can only remember those two versions, but I may be wrong.
The CAV box set has a somewhat cleaner image than the CLV disc, but of course you deal with the extra side changes/disc changes. I usually watch the CLV version (I have both), but if I'm in a real picky mood I'll watch the CAV discs

I have the CAV boxed set that I got just a few months ago on ebay. Great set. I also only know of the movie only CLV single disc and it's letterboxed too. AFAIK, there was no P&S release on LD.

There are only the two releases mentioned. The box set is the favored one.
