Is there a special edition of Rain Man coming? (1 Viewer)

I like this movie, and wanna get it. If there's a special edition coming, I'll wait to get that version, compared to the one now.

It's been reported at a number of sites that a Rain Man SE was on the schedule for MGM in 2002, but it doesn't look like it will make it out this year. Like the Raging Bull SE that is supposed to come next year, I think that this Special Edition will be coming in the near future, if you want to wait.
