Is Eric Clapton ever going to make a new cd? (1 Viewer)

I was extremely disappointed with his last few cd's especially "Reptile." I was hoping for something on par with "Pilgrim", which easily ranks among my favorites. Is he done making music or what?

So he says. A double live CD is due out this year. The worst thing that ever happened to his music was the success of the "Unplugged" album. The man turned into a sloth.

He said in an interview last year that he would very much like to do both a "blues rock" album and an entire album with The Impressions at some point in the relatively near future, so don't count him out yet. I think right now he is pretty much focused on his new wife and baby. Good for him...the man deserves some family stability and happiness in his life.
