We have a 73 in Mitsubishi (Not sure of the model number). We had it hooked up with a Bose surround sound system. We recently moved and have hooked everything back up the way it was before. Whenever we go into the menu to turn the speakers off, there is not an option for that. The only Speaker options we have are TV or AV Receiver. We have never noticed the AV Receiver option before. When we do select the AV Receiver, we still are not getting sound from the Bose. Any suggestions? Thanks!

The AV Receiver option is the same as OFF. It turns off the displays internal speakers when using an external A/V receiver.
My guess is you either didn't hook everything back up exactly as before or their is a setting in the Bose sytem (perhaps the Input Assign menu) that need to be re-set.
The model numbers and the way the components are connected together (analog audio cables, digital/optical cable) would be helpful if you still can't get things working right.
