How to hook up dvd player to tv with only coaxial connection??? (1 Viewer)

You'll need to get an RF Modulator, you should be able to find one at Best Buy or Radio Shack for around $25

Actually we have a dvd video out (yellow plug) to the VCR Video In, from there to the coax (only input) on an older 27". I was told at RS that it won't work, but its bee fine for 6 months. Of course the picture isn't s-video, but it'll work until we get our widescreen

Jim, the possibility of this working varies with different brands/models of VCRs. Some will allow viewable video signals thru until you try to record, others will not allow signals thru at all if they have copy protection. Which many DVDs have.
