    Hello All,

I am extremely embarrassed that I have to be writing this post, but I am in desperate need of some help...

I was in the Service Menu on my 57SWX20B and accidently performed a Memory Init

Can anyone tell me exactly what parameters this modified? I am assuming that this took the set to a before factory calibration state....

Can anyone post their parameters I could use as a reference point to re-configure the set??? I know every set is different, but at least I would have a starting point...

Thanks for any help that anyone could provide...

    DJSR

I have called several Hitachi service techs in hope of a straight answer to the question...

Some had no clue as as to what I was talking about, others knew a little more but still were not familiar with the function.

Definitely a difference in talent when calling around.

Hitachi customer service did not have a clue, and I can't get passed their first level customer service.

I am running out of options here, it seems no one knows what this did except the Hitachi Engineers themselves and they obviously won't talk to me...
