Help needed. My central speaker isn't working (1 Viewer)

I have tested both another speaker and cable and they both work fine. I have done a factory reset on the system and still no look. I have also done some trouble shooting using the manual.

I have a Sony STR-De

What else can I try?

If its not on the receiver's end then the speaker is probably shot.

Yeah, if you connect another speaker, and it works, it seems pretty clear the receiver isn't the problem.
