Help finding 20" tv (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone, I have been searching for a good 20 inch TV and wondered if anyone knows of any good deals...I am looking for

1) no more than $250
2) Svideo a must (2 would be awesome)
3) componet won't be used
4) flat screen would be nice, but not necessary
5) actually it could be 24 or even 27" if the price is right
6) free shipping would be cool too!

As for your question, do any models in particular appeal to you at the moment? What has your search for information yielded thus far? We can help you once you're a little more specific.

Toshiba and Sony have 24" sets that really are a better size if you'll be watching widescreen material. I like the Sony's ergonomics better but the Toshiba is cheaper. I doubt there is a 20" set on the market with 2 S-video in's...unless one of them is on the front...? Best wishes!
