HD-Showtime July Listing (1 Viewer)

This month is a little late due to the holidays, but I thought I'd post it now. The new movies this month are Mission Impossible and Supernova both in HD.
Looking at Showtime's webpage for next month looks really weak, with only Scary Movie that I can see being new, and I'm guessing will only be upconvert since I've never seen a Buena Vista movie in HD on Showtime, only Paramount and MGM movies.

Make the best of it and catch a movie you've previously missed. Angela's Ashes had the best PQ of any HD movie I've seen (but I haven't seen many yet.) I enjoyed the full emersion into a world previously unknown to me - circa 1939 in the slums of Ireland. The rainy Irish slums are a dreary gray punctuated by bright green vegetation, disturbingly beautiful in HD. The plot is depressing and slow, but if the director's goal was to transport you to another reality, he succeeded.
