Hi – I have a Hitachi projection screen model 50EX39B; I am having difficulties with the picture having a shadow in the corners or the outer edges of the screen, the center of the screen seems fine but on the edges if there is any script it has a 3D effect to it, in the set up for video there is a blue / green cross that you center which I assume aligns the picture, you can only adjust the cross’s on a vertical plains there is no way to adjust the crosses in an eschew fashion which seems to be the problem. Any thoughts?

Hi Tom. Welcome to HTF!

I suspect you have an alignment problem - but the issue is a bit advanced for the Basics area. I am going to move your post to the display devices fourm where more of the calibrators hang out.
