H/k Dvd 50 ? (1 Viewer)

I'd like to replace my existing DVD and CD player with the H/K DVD 50 to both jobs. Any opinions if this player is good for both jobs?

I have heard it with the AVR-7000 and it has all the detail, weight, sparkle and presence of any audiophile CD player.
