You are correct Scott and I have amended my review.

I was going to purchase this but some of the caps I've seen posted elsewhere on this title suggest that it's too dark. Is the UHD substantially darker than the old BD?

You cannot trust most screen caps of UHD discs, as they are unable to include HDR, and will thus appear darker than the same screen cap from a Blu-ray.
