well after going against most people and hooking up my new 2200 with my ps1000 i'd just like to say HOLY CRAP!. Alone the pw2200 is awsome but with my 1000 i was hitting 120db on u571 depth charges everything in my house shakes its awsome. I ended placing them about 3 feet apart any closer or further and they sound like crap but i found the sweet spot. my dealer said it would never work, he said i needed 2 pw2200's, never going back there again i spent 6g's in the past 6 months and he's tryinh to sell me stuff i dont need

The PW2200 by itself is plenty loud, and coupled with the PS1000 you've got a monster combo, as you've noticed Enjoy the PW2200. I know I'm enjoying mine even 3 years after I first bought it. I've been tempted by the SVS sirens, but the PW2200 is already overkill for my listening space
