Mine: The Monster.com ad featuring "An actor in a clam suit." I find this so off-the-wall it would surprise me not one whit if Tim Burton had directed it (and has MARS ATTACKS-like music in the background to boot!)

Well, its predictable to say so, but I do have to admit that my all-time favorite is indeed the Guinness 'Surfers' advert by Jonathan Glazer. Sheer perfection.
Other than that, my favorites include the Orange 'Ice Cream' advert, for its wonderful use of Aphex Twin's 'To Heal A Weakling Child' and while its been played to death the old theatrical ad for Smirnoff by David Lynch (the one with the guy chasing through action scenes that keep turning into something different) was superb as well.
