One of my favorites from the mid-90s...it could definitely use an update...anything in the works?

The movie made $100 million at the Box Office, so I think it would be warranted...

IIRC, the laserdisc had a commentary and at least one deleted scene (featuring Ben Stiller), so it doesn't seem like it would be too hard to pull together at least a pretty basic SE. I suppose if the sequel ever goes into production, we may see it, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
