I have only seen one panned and scanned Fox title recently, (To Walk With Lions) and I suspect that was a distribution arrangement. I wouldn't trust Amazon, but wait for the official announcment or look it up at Image.

just looked it up on image-entertainment.

He he, so much for MY advise. I had occasion to be checking out specs for another title over at Image which listed a shorter running time than I was expecting (and is therefore showing up at that run length all over the net as a result). Fortunately I contacted someone who would know (he had the master tape used to create the disc) and sure enough Image was wrong.
It doesn't look good, but until its out, you can't be sure. The only way I could see Fox doing P&S is if they are only the distributor for someone else's disc....I hope.
