New Line has teamed up with JVC Electronics to bring you a Lord of the Rings DVD player.
The machine itself is a full-featured DVD player (model #XV-LTR1) but is "presented in gorgeous Lord of the Rings packaging" and comes with three special bonuses: an exclusive 17-minute DVD featuring behind the scenes footage about the making of the epic film, a special AOL disc with Lord of the Rings screensavers and a special LOTR sticker. The DVD disc is only going to be available with this package and I can hear eBay buzzing already...
The DVD player, as well as a similar LOTR VHS deck, will be available through New Line's Studio Store for $199 and ships on 10/10.
