But, moving the front speakers a bit further apart will probably be beneficial as well.

...and then try not toeing them in. Aim them straight forward.

Hi,
sadly it’s not possible to place above the door. I have an idea ,for the rears ,but requires moving things around. Will give this a go over the weekend.
I will move the front speakers ,further apart.
