When will the DVD of The Mission come out. I love Deniro in this movie. Does anyone know.

Warner announced this about a year ago, along with The Killing Fields, but then cancelled both. Since then TKF has been released, but no mention of The Mission. This really irritated me, since I sold my laserdisc of Mission when it was announced. I learned my lesson on that one.

The Mission has to be one of the most tragic historical based fiction stories ever brought to film. The score is the most haunting and compelling I have ever heard.
