I am considering this unit to replace my aging Toshiba 6200 Progressive Scan.

One question I want to make sure works - Can the unit output to component video AND composite video at the same time?

Yes, but only in interlaced.

As soon as you turn on the progressive switch, it kills the s-vid and composite output.

So this unit cannot display a Progressive Signal at the same time as a composite signal. Darn. My trusty Toshiba can. Does anyone know which models can do this?
