I didn't really know much about Madagascar when it came, so that's why I didn't see it.. being a PEZ collector, I did buy the dispensers though. ;)

As for Shrek 2, yes it is pretty funny that 35 million copies is a disappointment. I have bought more Pixar movies though, and it all comes down to better storytelling over fart jokes and pop culture references.

Shad, if you look around used stores you can still find copies of the 2 disc set. They are usually priced anywhere from $10-25 bucks since they are OOP, but is still worth it for widescreen and DTS.

Well, The Shrek 2 DVD was not very great too...

The first Shrek was a double disc release, and for this one, you have to get the fullscreen box set with Shrek and Shrek 3D...

Fans already:

- Purchased Shrek
- Purchased the Shrek Fullscreen + Shrek 3D set
- Sold the fullscreen Shrek!

So now:

- Purchasing Shrek 2 Widescreen
- Purchasing the Shrek Story so Far FullScreen Box Set for the bonus disc
- Sell the extra Shrek 3D, Shrek 2 FullScreen and the Fullscreen Shrek again?

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Not for me!!! I'll pass on it. They are too stupid.

dreamworks animation = sloppy seconds

pixar = gold standard
