hi all,
well the subject says it:

Does the 65HDX82 from TOSHIBA work in Europe?
So for example if i buy it here in North America is it possible to bring it to Europe and make it work there.

yes. You'd need a voltage converter

However, it will not display PAL signals (broadcast TV and UK DVDs)

Antonio,
You'd need some sort of external PAL-to-NTSC converter. Don't know if such an animal exists. There are some dvd players available here in the states that can play PAL dvds and convert them to ntsc, but don't know of anything that would work for PAL tv broadcasts.

There are also a few universal vcrs that will play PAL tapes and convert them to ntsc for US tvs, but I don't know if they have PAL tuners in them.
