I saw AOTC in DLP and regular film. The DLP presentation was much "better", but I am sure this is due to the fact that Lucas used a digital camera to shoot with.I don't know how that really matters. The digital camera Lucas shot AOTC with, if I'm not mistaken, has a much higher resolution than the DLP projector. So while it probably had an easier transition to DLP than something originated on film, there's still a loss of detail on the DLP version that is not as severe (if present at all) on the 35mm prints.
Again, I enjoyed the 35mm presentation much more than the DLP one. I like to sit fairly close to the screen, and was definitely able to notice pixellation during the opening crawl and at other points during the movie. I've been told that it would be better if I sat further back, but if DLP's not good enough for every seat, it's not good enough.
