Does this have the same style of cover as the other special editions released last year? I have the full set, which gives the gun logo on the side. Does this latest Bond DVD match?

It's the same cover as the R1 with a different color background. In short, yes, but the imagery is different

The U.K. dvd has a double sided sleeve.One side is the same as the other special editions released last year that feature the 007 gun logo on the spines
