I've searched in here but haven't found any topics that really discuss this. I'm a starting a set of Adire Kit 281's this weekend. I've downloaded the instructions etc. for the crossover and cabinets.
With regard to the crossovers, what do you connect the individual components to each other with on the crossover board? Someone mentioned that they soldered the crossover but that was about as descript as I could find. Each piece of the crossover has metal ends that go down thru the board, and I understand that on the reverse side you join them, are there certain types of solder I should avoid? Can I use any type of wire if I need to span between two components. Will different types of solder affect the signal from end to end? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
Steve
