Currently 15.99GBP which equals 20.76 USD, so even if I pay $5 shipping it'll be cheaper than the US release (assuming TT releases it at 29.99 plus $5 shipping) since its a Columbia title). And I'll get it sooner than any potential US release. No brainer for me.

I have a feeling this may not be on Sony's list for a 2k or 4k upgrade. But I would guess it does have a decent HD transfer.

Plus, if you order it from Amazon.co.uk they remove the VAT, so it ends up about £12.49 before shipping, (my order of The Lady From Shanghai was £15.57 with shipping.)
