Can't play FMV files for Enter the Matrix? (1 Viewer)

So I finished Enter the Matrix (PC version) this afternoon.

I believe I've also unlocked everything in the 'Hacking' section of the game. One part allows you to play any unlocked movies from the game. I can't get this to work at all! When trying to play a video, the screen blinks and then it says the video finished playing!!

Any suggestions??
