Bully - which version? (1 Viewer)

I purchased the Bully DVD at Best Buy. It has a red banner across the top that says "THEATRICAL VERSION/ UNRATED". When I did an online search for versions, I came across the following:

Bully: Theatrical Edition (unrated)

Bully: Special Edition (unrated)

I'd like to know the difference between the two. I've done a forum search and found several discussions regarding this, but no black-and-white answer. DVD Profiler shows two versions with slightly different covers, both listed as UNRATED. Has anyone seen two distinct Region 1 versions of this title?

I'd like to know too please.
I'm in the UK and I have the Canadian version. Run time is 113 mins (which I believe is the full version? - I've yet to actually watch it!)
What I find annoying is that just about every e-tailer as well as the dvd cover lists "production commentary" as an extra but I can't find any commentary on the disc? Is there one on any version?

Theres only one version. The theatrical version was uncut.
