Ararat anamorphic? (1 Viewer)

Is the recently released DVD of Atom Egoyan's Ararat (Miramax/Disney) anamorphic? All listings I've seen say just "widescreen". I haven't been able to find reviews or scans of the back cover.

Anyone know for sure?

Yes, it is anamorphic.

I don't have a widescreen tv so I can't say for sure, but the back of my copy of Ararat says: Widescreen (1.78:1) - Enhanced For 16x9 Televisions.
