Anyone use QUICKEN home mortgage? (1 Viewer)

I am in the home loan refinance market, these people contacted me much faster than anyone else, I also noticed they were much more into the fast-hi pressure tactics. Anyone use them for their home mortgage?

We did our last two refinancings through Rock Financial, which is now a "Quicken Loan" company. Service was excellent on both closings. They are a broker, so they will assign the mortgage to another company after closing.

Quicken has been buying up mortgage companies, so the previous company in your area may be different than ours (Rock Financial). That may make a difference in service, but I was very pleased with them. FWIW, we used Rock Financial once several years ago before they were bought by Quicken, and the service was excellent then, too.
