In reply to your list, I have added bold type to the titles that are currently available as Blu-rays in the U.S. Also, I used italics to indicate which titles on your list either have been prepared as HD masters -- even if not yet released on disc -- and which are available outside of the U.S. I am sure I missed a few. Hope this helps.

I don't believe Fallen Angel has a blu-ray release in the US, I've been hoping Twilight Time would release it here....

The Abyss has an HD master that has aired on HBO within the past year. Fox says they're waiting for James Cameron to approve the master before they put it on disc. Cameron claims that's not the case and that Fox is at fault. Most people are more believing of Fox in this particular instance.

Paramount titles are tricky. They are barely a functional studio at this point and have licensed out most of their catalog to third parties. Anything that has an existing HD master could come at any time via a third party, but anything that doesn't have an HD master might be waiting indefinitely.

Warner has a policy that they will not release a title on Blu-ray unless it is perfect. A lot of their titles that have HD masters available for streaming aren't in perfect condition. Those HD masters are generally "good enough" for most people but Warner doesn't consider them high enough quality for Blu.

MGM is no longer a functional studio. They have licensed out their titles to a variety of third parties. What comes out is really dependent on whether or not a third party thinks whatever existing HD master exists is good enough. Many are poor masters that MGM has no interest whatsoever in restoring.

Kino has a thread on this forum that they respond to. For titles owned by Fox and MGM, you can always ask them if they have the rights.

Twilight Time also handles Fox and MGM, reach out to them here or on Facebook.

Criterion sometimes releases Universal titles but I do not believe they are as active a presence online in terms of responding to fan questions.

Olive responds to their Facebook page and handles a lot of older Paramount and Republic stuff. You could reach out to them on their page their and ask about titles owned by Paramount.

Warner Archives has a Facebook and Twitter they respond to. You could reach out to them there about older Warner titles as well as older MGM and RKO that they own.

The Undefeated is also already on Blu-ray. I reviewed it as one of the titles in the Fox voting contest resulting winners' list.
