I agree this was disappointing. This ended this show for me. The first 2 seasons were good, 3 and 4 not bad but with lots of ups and downs. But this season bleech . I couldn't get any farther than episode 6. Very weak writing this season and really not much going on. It just seems like an excuse to throw one excess after the other with no real point other than to say: "look at far we will go aren't we artsy" Well that's my review :)

This was my least favorite season but there was some stuff that was great (everything with Denis O'Hare).

As an aside, the new season is quite good and it's the first time that I've actually found the show to be legitimately scary for an extended period of time.
