I just purchased and watched this wonderful movie. I highly recommend it to
anyone who might have children. It's a wonderful movie to watch with them.
Keep a box of kleenex handy though.
My copy did freeze and then resume towards the end of the movie. I'm assuming it was the layer change but that was the longest pause in any movie on dvd that I've ever seen. I'm just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience with this movie? The freeze was for about 5 sec.

Hi PatW,

I agree with you on all points, except the kleenex box ;) It is a wonderful film and inspiring film.

I didn't notice a pause that long. It was just a quick one on my setup.

Consequently, it was a title we covered on the recent edition of The DVD Marquee.

I'll add that picture quality was very good. No EE. Good detail.

True enough. For a low budget film I was really impressed with the overall quality of the DVD, and the amount of extras.

Thanks for the response. It's probably a defect on my copy though the disc itself looks spotless. I'm going to trade it for another copy and see what happens.
